"Human beatboxing or vocal percussion is the art of producing drum beats, rhythms, musical instruments and entire songs using nothing but the lips tongue and voice."
If you want that something a bit different or unusual to perform at your event then having a beatboxer perform will certainly make it an extra memorable one.
Lee Gibling is one of the UK's most talented and versatile beatboxers ranging from solo performances in Theatres, weddings and on variety and Cabaret shows. Following his 10+ years of performing experience he is capable of performing to any crowd. In 2012 he entered the national talent competition 'Britain Does Variety' and made it to the finals where he came 2nd place overall just behind winners 2FAT4THAT, with Chris tian Lee coming a close 3rd. He has also appeared on CBBC's The Slammer and following this worked on 'CBBC Live' performing with and teaching presenters from Blue Peter and other shows.
Lee also has many years experience in teaching beatboxing and vocal percussion techniques in many settings. These include schools, youth clubs, charities, activity clubs, and corporate team building days. Find out more here

What They say…
Lee was an inspiration to our students. He engaged them straight away – no mean feet with 80 children ranging between Year 2 and Year 12. I am so appreciative of Lee’s flexibility, adaptability and enthusiasm. Not to mention his awe inspiring musicianship. Lee had a great manner on stage which really captivated young and old during the performance. Thank you very much, I look forward to inviting you to work with us again in the future.
“Funny, personable, great at explaining and teaching and obviously very talented”
“Lee delivers exciting and innovative workshops that grabs the attention of all participants. Young or old, Lee fully engages with them, making it a positive experience for everyone. Lee has delivered many projects and one off workshops for ADeC (Arts Development East Cambridgeshire) he delivers above and beyond his brief, and I highly recommend him.”
“…A huge thank you once again for your inspirational workshop last night at KES. We were highly delighted with the response of the students. I think that they were amazed to have a live musician at their school… The head of music said that the students get so little opportunity to see live music – and in your case, exceptional live music. I’m sure that we will endeavour to call on your services again in the future.”
“I just wanted to say a big thank you for your performances on the Off-Air Stage. You were a great addition to CBBC Live in Newcastle Gateshead. The audience, CBBC Staff and presenters were suitably impressed with your skills. Good luck with everything and if anything comes up I’ll pass on your details.”
